本公司前身是温州市松台电表仪器厂，创建于1989年10月，2006年新注册温州市恒力仪表有限公司。公司座落
在温州经济技术开发区滨海园区， 厂房面积4000平方米，现有员工150人左右。公司一直专业致力于指针式、数
字式开关板仪表及电流互感器和分流器的研发、生产和销售。现年产约150万只仪表销往世界各地，是厦门ABB
低压电器设备有限公司、厦门ABB中压电器设备有限公司、厦门ABB电器控制设备有限公司、施耐德电气信息技
术（厦门）有限公司、天津ABB开关有限公司的供应商， 也是欧洲几家知名品牌的OEM代工厂商。

经过长期的积累，公司所生产的产品型号规格齐全，有较强的产品研发能力、工艺先进，检验、测试设备齐全，
能为客户提供高性价比的产品、专业的销售服务和OBM、ODM、OEM不同的产品提供模式。

公司通过了ISO9000质量体系认证和产品的CE认证、ROHS认证等。
指针式开关板仪表按照IEC60051、IEC61010国际标准和GB7676-2017国家标准生产；
数字式仪表按照GB/T22264-2008国家标准生产；
互感器按照IEC61869国际标准和GB2084-2010国家标准生产。
公司因长远发展的需要，2010年导入ERP系统，2015年引进台湾资深职业经理人并合资扩股，目的是提升企业

Our company developed from Wenzhou Songtai Meter Company founded in Oct. 1989, was established in 2006.The
company has been devoted into production of pointer and digital switch panel meters since its foundation.The
company is located in the industrial Park in Wenzhou, China. Honly, currently has 160 employees, operating in a
4000-sq. The company has specialized in the production of pointer type, digital instrument panel switches, and now
annual output of about 150 million meter sold aroundthe world, Honly is the supplier for famous Xiamen ABB low
voltage electrical appliance Co., Ltd., Xiamen ABB Medium voltage electrical appliance Co., Ltd. Xiamen ABB electric
control equipment Co., Ltd., Tianjin ABB switch Co., Ltd.Xiamen Schneider Co.,Ltd. Honly is also Europe several
well-known brands of OEM manufacturers. The company is committed to the "Honly instrument" brand construction.
Through its fast growing product development capability, Honly has a full range of products with various specification.
Armed with continuous improvement process, in-house component quality control, advanced technology,compre-
hensive testing equipment,providing the ideal price products for customers. The main products of the company have
electromagnetic AC current and volmeter, magnetoelectric AC DC current and voltmeter, frequency meter, power
factor meter, power meter, maximum demand meter, cumulative schedule, pointer type double alarm table, LED
indicator synchronous meter, 240 degrees series a variety of instruments, digital ammeter, voltage meter, frequency
meter, digital multi-function electric power meter, LED indicator sequence table and other pointer type simulation
instructions and digital display instrument.
Due to the long-term development of the company's needs, Importing the ERP system in 2010� ，we were so
excited to introduce senior professional managers from Taiwan and set up a brand new joint venture company in
2016, aiming to improve the management level of the company, shaping the company into a first-class enterprise
and providing better services to our customers.
