                      在规范安装和正确使用的情况下,我公司所提供的产品自安装之日起,质量保证期为二年,
                      在此期间内,产品在正常使用条件下,因产品本身质量问题,为客户提供“三包”服务。

                   ◆ 解决问题、排除故障的速度
                   ◇ 为客户免费提供配电箱选型服务及有关技术咨询服务。
                   ◇ 营销服务人员快捷、准确、耐心地解答客户所提出的任何问题和疑问。
                   ◇ 接到客户反映的质量问题信息后,在 1 小时内给予明确答复和解决,如需要到现场解决的,
                      在接到通知后,本市 12 小时内、外省市 48 小时内派出专业技术人员到现场解决处理。

                   ◆ 售后服务方面的其他承诺
                   ◇ 公司以“精心选料,用心制造、放心使用,诚信服务”为质量方针,向客户提供 100% 合
                      格的产品。产品符合相应的国家、行业、企业标准及用户明确的有关要求。并保证我们所提

                   ◇ 对使用我公司产品的用户实行跟踪服务,不定期地对用户进行跟踪走访,及时掌握和解决用
                      户在使用过程中可能出现的问题。
