          结构特点 Structural features

          GGD 型交流低压配电柜的柜体采用通用柜的形式,框架用 8MF 冷弯型钢经局部焊接组装而成,构架零件及专用配套零件由型钢定点生产厂配套供货,以
          保证柜体的精度和质量。通用柜的零部件按模块原理设计,并有 20 模的安装孔。通用系数高,可以使工厂实现预生产,既缩短了生产制造周期,也提高了
          工作效率。
          GGD 柜设计时充分考虑到柜体运行中的散热问题。在柜体上下两端均有不同数量的散热槽孔,当柜内电器元件发热时,热气上升,通过上端槽孔排出,而
          冷风不断地由下端槽孔补充进柜,使密封的柜体自下而上形成一个自然通风道,达到散热的目的。
          GGD 柜按照现代工业产品造型设计的要求,采用黄金分割比的方法设计柜体外形和各部分的分割尺寸,使整柜美观大方,面目一新。
          柜门用转轴式活动铰链与框架相连,安装、拆卸方便,门的折边处均嵌有一根山型橡塑条,关门时门与框架之间的嵌条有一定压缩行程,能防止门与柜体直
          接碰撞,也提高了门的防护等级。
          装有电器元件的仪表门用多股软铜线与框架相连,柜内的安装件与框架间用滚花螺钉连接,整柜构成完整的接地保护系统。
          柜体面漆选用聚脂桔形烘漆,具有附着力强,质感好,整柜呈亚光色调,避免了眩目效应,给值班人员创造了较舒适的视觉环境。
          柜体的顶盖在需要时可拆除,便于现场主母线的装配和调整,柜顶的四角装有吊环,用于起吊和装运。
          柜体的防护等级为 IP30,用户也可根据使用环境的要求在 IP20-- IP40 之间选择。
          The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of universal cabinet. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-
          formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the fixed-point steel production plant to ensure the accuracy of the cabinet.
          And quality. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the principle of the module and have 20-mode mounting holes. The
          high universal factor allows the factory to achieve pre-production, which shortens the manufacturing cycle and increases work efficiency.
          The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of
          heat dissipation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the hot air rises and is
          discharged through the upper slot, and the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet by the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is self-
          contained. A natural air duct is formed from the bottom to the bottom for heat dissipation.
          According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the shape of the
          cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and fresh.
          The hinged hinge of the cabinet door is connected with the frame, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped rubber strip
          is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the insert between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke,
          which can prevent the door and the cabinet. Direct collision of the body also increases the degree of protection of the door.
          The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame by a plurality of soft copper wires. The mounting parts in the cabinet are
          connected with the frame by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
          The cabinet topcoat is made of polyester orange baking varnish, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet has a matt color tone,
          which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the duty personnel.
          The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on the site. The four corners of
          the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
          The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and the user can also choose between IP20--IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
