概述 /Outline
C 型设备线夹由带尾的 C 型件、铰接块和螺栓部件组成，用作设备和导线的接续。按照 GB /T1196 标准，
由一种特殊的合金导电材料配制而成，涂有抗腐蚀、抗氧化、憎水性和导电性能很强的电力复合脂，能使不
同材质的导线接触良好。C 型设备线夹整体挤压成型，与传统设备线夹相比，可解决铜铝焊接位易断裂、易
腐蚀、易发热的问题。采用先进的铰接式结构，非常省力，大大减少劳动强度，提高工作效率；作用力与压
力不同方向，安装时大大减少人为因素的影响。
The C type equipment clamp is composed of a C type part with a tail, a hinge block and a bolt component,
and is used as a device and a conducting wire. In accordance with the /T1196 GB standard, made of a
special alloy conductive material, coated with anti corrosion, anti oxidation, hydrophobic and conductive
properties of a strong power composite grease, can make different materials of the conductor with good
contact. Type C device clamp whole extrusion molding, compared with the traditional equipment wire
clamp, which can solve the copper aluminium welding bit easy to break, easy corrosion and easy heat
problem. Articulated by the advanced structure, labor saving and reduce labor intensity, improve work
efficiency; force and pressure in different directions, the installation can greatly reduce the influence of
human factors.

安装说明 /Installation Notes
C 型设备线夹的组成：C 型壳体、铰接块、不锈钢螺杆、不锈钢螺母、不锈钢弹簧垫片、不锈钢平垫片。
◆ 确定型号：选型根据导线的规格在 C 型节能设备线夹选型表中找到与之前对应的导线型号，主线作为横
坐标轴，支线作为纵坐标轴，两坐标轴相交的位置的 C 型节能设备线夹型号即为该次连接的型号 ( 注意
不同规格材质导线的选法 )。
◆ 确定大小线：因为 C 型线夹在设计中考虑满足不同线径的配合，铰接块两边的弧面有不同尺寸，大弧面
配合大导线，小弧面配合小导线。
◆ 把导线放入 C 型壳体线槽中，根据大小线放入成弓形的铰接块 ( 铰接块不要分开，弓形向外 )，从 C 型
壳体背面插入螺杆，使螺杆位于铰接块顶部的中间孔位内，拧上螺母，用扳手将螺栓拧紧，把导线压平。
◆ 确认已安装好，在拧紧螺栓时，最后几个螺牙应有明显受力感，把铰接块压平，顶住 C 型壳体即可，此
时 C 型壳体应有微微变形，安装完成后用手拉或扳两导线，此时导线应完全无法拉动或转动方算压紧。

to lead the line to flatten.
◆ Confirmation has been installed, and tighten the bolts, last few thread due obvious stress and sense
of the hinge block applanation, withstand the C shell can be, at this time C shell should be slightly
deformation, installation is complete after the hand pull or pull the two wires. At this time, the conductor
shall be completely unable to pull or rotating side pressing.
