安装说明 /Installation Notes
C 型线夹为非承力连接金具，只能使用于导线的连接、跳线用，线夹使用于 1kV、10kV、20kV 等电压等级。
可以铝 - 铝、铜 - 铝、铜 - 铜、铜 - 铁、铝 - 铁的连接。安装无须铝包带，操作简单。
◆ 根据导线类型及主导线和分支导线大小确定线夹型号，请仔细核对导线类型和大小与线夹上标明是否
一致。比如：主导线为钢芯铝绞线 LGJ-240，分支导线为架空绝缘导线 JKLYJ-185，线夹选型应为
JLC-813，与线夹上标明的导线之一：LGJ240 对 JKLYJ185 —致。
◆ 将导线放入线夹槽内，调整好主导线和分支导线位置，母楔块对应大 ( 主 ) 导线，内楔块对应小 ( 分支 ) 导线，
从线夹背部插入螺栓，并调整其在楔块中间位置，用扳手将螺母扭入，将铰接块压平即可。
◆ 卸装：将螺母松开，楔块向上拱开即可。
注： 完成安装后，一定确定楔块是否被压平，导线是否被压紧。

◆ According to the wire type and the leading wire and the size of the branch wire to determine the wire clip
type, please carefully check the type and size of the wire and the wire clip indicate whether the same.
For example: the main line for the steel core aluminum stranded wire LGJ-240, the branch conductor
for overhead insulated wire JKLYJ-185, wire clip type should be JLC-813, and the wire clip on one of
the marked wires: JKLYJ185 to LGJ240.
◆ The wire into the line in the clamping slot, adjust the main wire and branch wire position, parent wedge
block is corresponding to the big (main) wire, within the wedge block is corresponding to the small
(Branch) wire, line from the clip back into the bolt and tune all the wedge block in the middle position,
with a wrench will nut is twisted into, will be relatively flat block can be.
◆ Uninstall: loosen nut, wedge to open arch.
Note: after the installation is complete, must determine whether the wedge is flat, whether the wire is pressed.
