原理与特点 /Principle and Features

架空绝缘导线防雷接地线夹既具有普通接地线夹的结构，又增加了外间隙放电装置，其上端的穿刺电极可穿 配变电金具 Hotels substation fittings
透导线绝缘层使防雷接地环与导线形成电气连接，在线路检修挂上接地棒作为线路接地连接；其下端接地环
外侧下角设有一个引弧电极，与线路柱式绝缘子 PS15 或 P20 的钢脚法兰相对应形成放电间隙，( 如果与复
合绝缘子或其它绝缘子相配，应再安装一个专用的接地电极 )。正常运行时由于引弧电极与绝缘子钢脚法兰
处或接地电极有较大的空气间隙， 而无电流通过；当雷电发生时导线的雷电感应过电压超过一定数值时或遭
遇直击雷时，在引弧电极和接地电极 ( 或绝缘子钢脚法兰 ) 之间引起闪络，形成短路通道，持续的工频电弧
便在防雷接地线夹的引弧电极和接地电极或绝缘子钢脚法兰之间上燃烧，释放过电压能量，以保护导线免于
烧伤断线。
我公司研发的防雷接地线夹，采用独特的穿刺齿结构和电极设计，安装简便 ( 无需剥除绝缘层 )、性能可靠
的特点，第二代产品灭弧性能更佳，具有很大的推广价值。
Overhead insulated wire lightning protection and grounding clamp has both common grounding clamp structure,
increased extracellular space discharge device, puncture electrodes penetrate the upper end of the wire insulation to
make lightning conductor grounding ring and form an electrical connection, in line maintenance put up as a ground rod
grounding line connection; its lower ground ring outside of the arc electrode has a lower corner, and line post insulators
PS15 or P20 steel foot flange formed corresponding to the discharge gap (if matched with composite insulator or other
insulators should install a dedicated ground electrode). Since the arc electrode and insulator steel foot flange or ground
electrodes during normal operation of a larger air gap, no current flows through; lightning occurs when lightning induced
over the wire when the voltage exceeds a certain value or encountered direct lightning strikes in cause arc between
the electrodes and the ground electrode (or insulator foot steel flange) flashover, a short-circuit channel, continuous
frequency arc will be in the arc of lightning protection and grounding clamp and ground electrodes or insulator flange of
steel legs between the combustion, the release of over-voltage energy, in order to protect the wire from burns breakage.
