C 型测温线夹 ( 以下简称线夹 ) 由 C 形壳体、内压块组件、紧固件、超温指示装置四部分构成；线夹是导线 C
接续型电力连接金具，主要用于架空绝缘导线、钢芯铝绞线、钢绞线及铜绞线非承力位置上的接续或跳线；
主体采用具用弹性功能的 C 型结构，导线热胀冷缩时，线夹能始终保持与导线之间持久恒定的接触压力，
达到接续连接的最佳效果；超温指示装置选用高亮洋红色，方便远距离观测；线夹满足多种不同规格的导线， 架空绝缘导线金具
通用性强，适用泛围广。

线夹壳体由特殊铝合金制造，线夹与导线接触面积大，直流电阻比率在 0.9 以下；

线夹的各电气接触面上涂有电力导电脂，过载能力达到额定电流 2 倍以上；
线夹的热循环性能优良，始终保持在直流电阻比率 1 以下；
线夹的内压块组件有防脱落功能，保证组件在安装过程中不会散落；
测温动作元件选用高精度双金属片，设有两档温度超温报警，低温段为 85~90℃动作，高温段为 95~100℃
动作；
测温元件和超温指示装置与 C 形壳体设计为一体，以确保测温系统的准确性；
超温报警指示杆为高亮洋红色，动作后指示明显直观，易于观察；
超温报警装置动作准确灵敏，动作后可手动复位重复使用。
线夹组装成一活动整体，左右压块相互扣合，不会脱落，便于施工人员高空作业。
