安装说明 /Installation Notes
C 型测温线夹为非承力连接金具，只能使用于导线的连接、跳线用，线夹使用于 1kV、10kV、20kV、等电压等级。可以铝 - 铝、铜 - 铝、铜 - 铜、铜 - 铁、
铝 - 铁的连接。安装无须铜包带，操作简单。
◆ 根据导线类型及主导线和分支导线大小确定线夹型号，请仔细核对导线类型和大小与线夹上标明是否一致。比如：主导线为钢芯铝绞线 LGJ-240，分支
导线为架空绝缘导线 JKLYJ-185，线夹选型应为 JLC-813CW，与线夹上标明的导线之一：LGJ240 对 JKLYJ185 —致。
◆ 将导线放入线夹槽内，调整好主导线和分支导线位置，母楔块对应大 ( 主 ) 导线，内楔块对应小 ( 分支 ) 导线，从线夹背部插入螺栓，并调整其在楔块中
间位置，用扳手将螺母扭入，将铰接块压平即可。
◆ 卸装：将螺母松开，楔块向上拱开即可。
注： 完成安装后，一定确定楔块是否被压平，导线是否被压紧。
C-type thermocouple clamp is a non-bearing connecting fittings. It can only be used for connection of wires, jumper and clamp for 1kV, 10kV,
20kV voltage levels. Can be aluminum-aluminum, copper-aluminum, copper-copper, copper-iron, aluminum-iron connection. Installation
without copper strap, easy to operate.
◆ According to the type of wire and the size of the main wire and branch wire to determine the type of clamp, please carefully check the wire
type and size and clamp marked with the same. For example: the main wire for the ACSR LGJ-240, branch conductor insulated overhead
wire JKLYJ-185, wire clip selection should be JLC-813CW, and the clip marked on one of the wires: LGJ240 on JKLYJ185-induced.
◆ Place the wire in the slot, adjust the position of the main wire and the branch wire. The main wedge corresponds to the large (main)
conductor. The inner wedge corresponds to the small (branch) wire. Insert the bolt from the back of the clamp and adjust it. Wedge the
middle position, with a wrench to twist the nut, the hinge block can be flattened.
◆ Unloading: loosen the nut, wedge upward arch can be opened.
NOTE: After the installation is complete, make sure that the wedge is flattened and that the wires are pressed.

抗老化性：经人工气候老化试验 1008 小时后性能良好；
拉伸强度：≥ 20MPa。
