C 型测温设备线夹 ( 以下简称线夹 ) 由 C 形壳体、内压块组件、紧固件、超温指示装置四部分构成；线夹是
导线接续型电力连接金具，主要用于开关柜、配电柜等电力设备；主体采用具用弹性功能的 C 型结构，导
线热胀冷缩时，线夹能始终保持与导线之间持久恒定的接触压力，达到接续连接的最佳效果；超温指示装置
选用高亮洋红色，方便远距离观测；线夹满足多种不同规格的导线，通用性强，适用泛围广。

线夹壳体由特殊铝合金制造，线夹与导线接触面积大，直流电阻比率在 0.9 以下；
采用不锈钢紧固件，连接可靠，夹紧力恒定；
线夹的各电气接触面上涂有电力导电脂，过载能力达到额定电流 2 倍以上；
线夹的热循环性能优良，始终保持在直流电阻比率 1 以下；
线夹的内压块组件有防脱落功能，保证组件在安装过程中不会散落；
测温动作元件选用高精度双金属片，设有两档温度超温报警，低温段为 85~90℃动作，高温段为 95~100℃动作；
测温元件和超温指示装置与 C 形壳体设计为一体，以确保测温系统的准确性；
超温报警指示杆为高亮洋红色，动作后指示明显直观，易于观察；
超温报警装置动作准确灵敏，动作后可手动复位重复使用。
线夹组装成一活动整体，左右压块相互扣合，不会脱落，便于施工人员高空作业。

安装说明 /Installation Notes
C 型测温设备线夹的组成：C 型壳体、铰接块、方形块、不锈钢螺杆、热镀锌螺母、不锈钢弹簧垫片、不锈
钢平垫片。
◆ 确定型号：选型根据导线的规格在 C 型节能设备线夹选型表中找到与之前对应的导线型号，主线作为横
坐标轴，支线作为纵坐标轴，两坐标轴相交的位置的 C 型节能设备线夹型号即为该次连接的型号 ( 注意
不同规格材质导线的选法 )。
◆ 确定大小线：因为 C 型测温设备线夹在设计中考虑满足不同线径的配合，铰接块两边的弧面有不同尺寸，
大弧面配合大导线，小弧面配合小导线。
◆ 把导线放入 C 型壳体线槽中，根据大小线放入成弓形的铰接块 ( 铰接块不要分开，弓形向外 )，从 C 型
壳体背面插入螺杆，使螺杆位于铰接块顶部的中间孔位内，拧上螺母，用扳手将螺栓拧紧，把导线压平。
◆ 确认已安装好，在拧紧螺栓时，最后几个螺牙应有明显受力感，把铰接块压平，顶住 C 型壳体即可，此
时 C 型壳体应有微微变形，安装完成后用手拉或扳两导线，此时导线应完全无法拉动或转动方算压紧。
