实验方式

            experimental way




            根据标准:GA/T537-2005  母线干线系统(母线槽)阻燃、防火、耐火性能标准中4.3,母线干线系统(母线槽)耐火性能实验
            需要同时满足4.3.1和4.3.2二项实验 ,二项实验均合格,才能判定其耐火母线合格。
            According to the standards: GA/ t537-2005 bus trunk line system (bus slot) fire retardant, fireproof, fireproof performance standards 4.3, bus trunk line system
             (bus slot) fire resistance In the experiment, both 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 experiments need to be satisfied at the same time, both of which are qualified, in order to judge
            its refractory bus qualified.

            喷淋实验:
            Spray experiment

            如图A2所示的标准喷嘴,喷嘴内径:6.3mm,喷水率:(12.5+0.625)L/min,喷嘴压力:约30kpa(相当于垂直向上自由喷流高度为:2.5m);
            喷淋时间:按两支撑之间试件部分的表面积计算,每平方米为:1min,至少15min。
            喷射距离:喷嘴距试件距离一般为3m,在必要是可以缩短距离。
            As shown in FIG. A2, the standard nozzle has an inner diameter of 6.3mm and a water-spraying rate of (12.5+0.625) L/min.
            Spray time: calculated according to the surface area of the specimen between the two supports, each square meter is: 1min, at least 15min.
            Spray distance: the distance between the nozzle and the specimen is generally 3m, which can be shortened if necessary.

             A) fire-resistant device
             耐火试验装置应符合GB/T 9978-1999中第4章的规定
             The refractory test device shall comply with the provisions of chapter 4 of GB/T 9978-1999
             b)变压器
             变压器为一台三相星型连接的变压器或单相变压器(组),其应有足够的容量使达到最大允许泄露电流时仍可保持要求的试验电压
             B) the transformer
             The transformer is a three-phase star-connected transformer or single-phase transformer (group), which shall have sufficient capacity to maintain the
             required test voltage when the maximum allowable leakage current is reached.
             c)熔断器
             应符合GB 13539.5规定的DⅡ型。允许使用具有等效特性的断路器代替。
             当用断路器时,其等效特性以GB/T 19216. 11-2003中附录A的特性曲线为基准进行验证。
             有争议时,熔断器应作为基准方法。
             C) fuse
             Should meet the requirements of GB 13539.5 D Ⅱ type. A circuit breaker with equivalent characteristics is allowed to be used instead.
             When A circuit breaker is used, its equivalent characteristic is verified based on the characteristic curve of appendix A in GB/T 19216.11-2003.
             In case of dispute, the fuse should be used as the reference method.
             d)负载和指示装置
             该负载由计算而得,其值应保证线路在试验电压下同路电流满足要求,
             注:耐火试验时,线路中的电流按0.25A计算。
             D) load and indicating devices
             The load is calculated and its value should ensure that the same current of the line meets the requirements under the test voltage.
             Note: during fire resistance test, the current in the line is calculated as 0.25A.
