耐张线夹
NXJ-C-G 楔型铝合金耐张线夹适用于额定电压 20kV 及以下架空绝缘钢芯铝绞线 (JKLGYJ) 的固定和拉
紧作用，产品按导线规格分别配有不同的铝合金模芯。
NXJ-C-G wedge-type aluminum alloy tension clamp for rated voltage 20kV and below the overhead
insulated ACSR (JKLGYJ) of the fixed and tightening, the product specifications are equipped with
different wire aluminum core.

结构特点 /Structure Feature
◆ 本体和楔芯采用高强度铝合金材料铸造，无磁滞损耗；
◆ 电缆不需剥去绝缘层，不需使用专用工具即可安装；
◆ 楔形结构，安装简便可靠。

安装步骤 /Installation Step

◆ 把挂板与连接金具相联接，连接金具与绝缘子相联接，壳体开口尽量朝上，如有特殊要求时，可以选壳体
开口朝下；
◆ 用紧线器收线至合适位置，将两楔芯通过带弹垫、平垫的螺栓在安装位置把绝缘导线夹紧 ( 注：拧紧螺栓
时，尽量使两楔芯的相对平面成平行 )，然后放入壳体内；
◆ 最后慢慢放松紧线器，让模芯带着导线在壳体内向前移动，达到平衡位置即可，取下紧线器，安装完成。

◆ Finally, slowly loosen tight line, so that the core wire with a move in the housing forward, balanced
