C 型测温变压器线夹 ( 以下简称线夹 )C 形壳体、内压块组件、紧固件、超温指示装置四部分构成；线夹是 C
导线与变压器接续型电力金具，主要用于变压器进出线桩头 ；主体采用具用弹性功能的 C 型结构，导线热
胀冷缩时，线夹能始终保持与导线之间持久恒定的接触压力，达到接续连接的最佳效果；超温指示装置选用

线夹壳体由特殊铝合金制造，线夹与导线接触面积大，直流电阻比率在 0.9 以下；
采用不锈钢紧固件，连接可靠，夹紧力恒定；
线夹与变压器进出线桩头连接方式采用开口压缩抱紧结构，确保接点经过热胀冷缩的运行环境后能有效的保
持压接力；
线夹的各电气接触面上涂有电力导电脂，过载能力达到额定电流 2 倍以上；
线夹的热循环性能优良，始终保持在直流电阻比率 1 以下；
线夹的内压块组件有防脱落功能，保证组件在安装过程中不会散落；
测温动作元件选用高精度双金属片，变压器线夹类、设计温度为 95~100℃动作。
测温元件和超温指示装置与 C 形壳体设计为一体，以确保测温系统的准确性；
超温报警指示杆为高亮洋红色，动作后指示明显直观，易于观察；
超温报警装置动作准确灵敏，动作后可手动复位重复使用。
线夹组装成一活动整体，左右压块相互扣合，不会脱落，便于施工人员高空作业。

the C-shaped shell to ensure the accuracy of the temperature measuring system;
Over-temperature alarm indicator bar for the bright magenta, the action after the instructions were clear and

Over-temperature alarm device action is accurate and sensitive, action can be manually reset after re-use.

安装说明 /Installation Notes
◆ 确定型号：仔细核对导线与线夹上所标型号是否一致， 如：型号 SCB-122CW，M12 表示变压器出头
螺杆为 M12， JKLYJ35 为接出导线。
◆ 固定 g 形件：将“g”形件按顺时针方向拧到变压器出 头螺杆上，“g”形元件螺纹拧满并向外伸出即可。
规定：母块与变压器弧面配合，公块与导线配合，把铰接块拿出，使其成拱状 ( 两铰块转成一定角度 )。
