用途 /Application

NLL 系列螺栓型铝合金耐张线夹适用于 20kV 及以下架空线路中，在耐张杆上固定铝绞线或钢芯铝绞线，用
于架空绝缘铝导线和绝缘罩配套使用，起绝缘防护作用。
NLL series aluminium alloy strain clamp(bolt type)is suitable for aerial line up to 20kV,fixing aluminium wire or steel core
aluminium wire on the strain pole,aerial insulation aluminium conductor and insulation aluminium cover are being used
together. It's action is insulation protection.

绝缘罩性能特点 /Insulation Cover Performance Feature

◆ 1-10kV 工频耐压：≥ 18kV，保压 1 分钟不击穿；
20kV 工频耐压：≥ 30kV，保压 1 分钟不击穿；
◆ 绝缘电阻：>1.0×10 14Ω ；
◆ 环境温度：-30℃ ~+90℃；
◆ 耐气候性能：经人工气候老化试验 1008 小时后性能良好 。
◆ 1-10kV withstand voltage: ≥ 18kV keep voltage one minute not breakdown;
20kV withstand voltage: ≥ 30kV keep voltage one minute not breakdown;

◆ Insulation resistance: ≥ 11.0×10 Ω;
◆ Environment temperature: -30℃ ~+90℃ ;
◆ Weather proof performance: have good performanced after 1008 hours artifical climate aging test.
