Connector unit

与传统连接器相比，我司设计的连接器简化了安装程序，安
装速度比传统的快一倍，采用特种防护胶设计，使防护等级
高达IP66。

Compared with traditional connector, the connector designed by our
company simplifies the installation process, and the installation
speed is one time faster than that of the traditional ones. It adopts
special protective rubber design, making the protection degree
reach up to IP66.

双头力矩螺栓

该通用件专门自行设计，双头螺钉能保证在安装时，只需用16mm普通扳手旋紧螺钉直至上面的螺栓头自
动断裂，且螺钉上的红色指示牌脱落，说明该接头力矩已达到最佳状态，可节约75% 安装时间。安装完毕
后剩余的螺栓头可在维修、拆装时二次利用。

Double-head torque bolt
The interchangeable part is specially self designed, and double-head screw can ensure that only a 16mm wrench
is needed to screw the nut bolt till the bolt head breaks automatically during the installation. And the red sign on
nut bolt drops, indicating that the connector torque has reached its best condition, which can save 75% installa-
tion time. After the installation is done, the rest bolt heads can be reused during maintenance and disassembly.

膨胀补偿

接头的设计（对接式）满足由于热膨胀而引起母线槽的线性伸缩，在不降低母线的机械强度、电气连续
性、载流容量及短路流量的前提下，每个连接器提供9mm的膨胀补偿，使得艾博母线槽系统在应用中无
需安装特殊的膨胀节单元。

Expansion compensation
The design of connector (butt-joint type) meets the linear expansion of busway caused by heat expansion; each
connector provides 9mm expansion compensation without reducing the mechanical strength of bus, electrical
continuity, current-carrying capacity and short-circuit flow, making it unnecessary for AIBO busway system to
install special expansion section unit during application.
