JXD 系列自锁式楔型线夹由特殊铝合金材料制成的“C”形外壳及楔块构成，广泛应用于铝绞线及钢芯铝绞
线间的连接，铝绞线与铜绞线间的连接，绝缘导线的连接以及非严重污染地区的铜绞线间的连接。
JXD 线夹融合了高可靠性与宽适应性相结合的设计理念，既能保证安全可靠的运行，又最大限度减少规格
型号数量，同时，安装又非常的方便。

◆ 弹性 C 型技术
特殊的铝合金材质及加工工艺，使“C”形外壳具有良好的弹性，结合楔块的设计，与连接的导线共同构成

JXD 线夹最佳握力设计的原理是根据 C 型外壳握力和线夹接触电阻的变化关系。设计握力点 A，既能保证
理想的接触电阻，又留有足够的弹性余量。
◆ 自锁式设计
JXD 线夹在 C 型外壳上有锁止槽，在楔块上有锁止销，安装时能自动形成自锁。拆卸时，顺时针拧动控制
螺丝即可提起锁止销，从而达到反复使用的目的。
◆ 安装方法简便
简单敲击即可，无需特殊的安装工具。与其他方法相比，这是最快捷的安装方法，且符合施工人员的安装习惯。
特别适用于带电作业的状况下，安装时与带电体的接触时间可缩短一半以上，大大提高了安装人员的安全性。
◆ 简易的最佳握力判定
JXD 线夹判定安装时的最佳握力有一个非常简易的方法：通过应力定位片，安装好之前，应力定位片在 C
形件半圆槽上；安装好后，C 形件的开口增大，应力定位片落入 C 形件半圆槽内。
