概述 /Outline
变压器用 C 型线夹是由特殊铝合金材料制成，有很强的导电性能，既适用铝导线，又适用铜导线和铜铝过渡
导线。该线夹主要用在变压器、开关等设备接进、接出螺柱与导线的连接。一头不完全封闭内带螺纹圆管与 配变电金具 Hotels substation fittings
螺柱相连接，另一头与导线连接，通过铰链楔块将内螺纹圆管和导线压紧。不完全封闭螺纹圆管具有弹性，
能储存和释放由导线和螺柱的热胀冷缩而引起的能量。当负荷增大导线发热膨胀时，螺纹圆管会微微张开；
当导线冷缩时，螺纹圆管因本身弹性而收回，始终保持恒定的接触压力 ( 共呼吸作用 )。
安装在螺纹圆管与导线之间的铰链楔块，在一定的作用下可产生非常大的侧压力，从而使 C 型线夹与导线，
并与变压器螺柱之间产生足够大的接触压力，使变压器螺柱与内螺纹圆管完全吻合，大大增加了变压器螺柱
与 C 型线夹的接触面，保持稳定的接触性能。
适用电压等级：380V、10kV、35kV、110kV、220kV、330kV，可以用于铝出头对铝线、铝出头对铜线、铜
出头对铜线、铜出头对铝线的连接。
Transformers C-clamp is made of special aluminum alloy, it has a strong conductive properties, both for aluminum

安装说明 /Installation Notes
◆ 确定型号：仔细核对导线与线夹上所标型号是否一致， 如：型号 SP-B51，M12 表示变压器出头螺杆为
M12， JKLYJ35 为接出导线。
◆ 固定 g 形件：将“g”形件按顺时针方向拧到变压器出 头螺杆上，“g”形元件螺纹拧满并向外伸出即可。
规定：母块与变压器弧面配合，公块与导线配合，把铰接块拿出，使其成拱状 ( 两铰块转成一定角度 )。
◆ 放好导线和螺栓：把导线放入“g”形件线槽中，根据弧面与导线放入成弓形的铰接块 ( 注意：铰接块不
必分开，弓形向外 )。从“g”形件背面插入螺栓，使螺栓位于铰接块顶部的中间位，用扳手拧紧螺栓。
◆ 确认是否装好：在拧紧螺栓时，在最后几个螺牙应有明显受力感，把铰接压块压平，顶住“g”形元件即可。
“g”件应有微微变形。注：安装完后用手拉或扳导线和出头，看导线和出头是否已压紧。
◆ 拆卸：松开螺栓，在压块与“C”件间插入螺丝刀，用力向上撬，使压块向上拱即可
