C 型设备线夹由带尾的 C 型件、铰接块和螺栓部件组成，用作设备和导线的接续。按照 GB /T1196 标准，
由一种特殊的合金导电材料配制而成，涂有抗腐蚀、抗氧化、憎水性和导电性能很强的电力复合脂，能使不 配变电金具 Hotels substation fittings
同材质的导线接触良好。C 型设备线夹整体挤压成型，与传统设备线夹相比，可解决铜铝焊接位易断裂、易
腐蚀、易发热的问题。采用先进的铰接式结构，非常省力，大大减少劳动强度，提高工作效率；作用力与压
力不同方向，安装时大大减少人为因素的影响。

安装说明 /Installation Notes

C 型设备线夹的组成：C 型壳体、铰接块、方形块、不锈钢螺杆、热镀锌螺母、不锈钢弹簧垫片、不锈钢平垫片。
◆ 确定型号：选型根据导线的规格在 C 型节能设备线夹选型表中找到与之前对应的导线型号，主线作为横
坐标轴，支线作为纵坐标轴，两坐标轴相交的位置的 C 型节能设备线夹型号即为该次连接的型号 ( 注意
不同规格材质导线的选法 )。
◆ 确定大小线：因为 C 型线夹在设计中考虑满足不同线径的配合，铰接块两边的弧面有不同尺寸，大弧面
配合大导线，小弧面配合小导线。
◆ 把导线放入 C 型壳体线槽中，根据大小线放入成弓形的铰接块 ( 铰接块不要分开，弓形向外 )，从 C 型壳
体背面插入螺杆，使螺杆位于铰接块顶部的中间孔位内，拧上螺母，用扳手将螺栓拧紧，把导线压平。
◆ 确认已安装好，在拧紧螺栓时，最后几个螺牙应有明显受力感，把铰接块压平，顶住 C 型壳体即可，此
时 C 型壳体应有微微变形，安装完成后用手拉或扳两导线，此时导线应完全无法拉动或转动方算压紧。
